When you choose a Realtor to market your house there are many factors to consider but two important questions should be: Can you get the job done? and How much is it going to cost? At Anderson Real Estate, the answer to question one is We can get the job done. The answer to question two may surprise you and requires some explanation. You see, I don't believe you should have to pay a Realtor to come out to your home, take some room measurements and pictures, then put a sign in your yard and wait for someone else to sell the house. The Realtor fee should be paid to the Realtor who can get the house sold. I have structured my fee to insure that I don't put my sign in the yard and wait for something to happen. When you list with Anderson Real Estate, your Maximum fee will be 4%. If I can do the job, as I have promised I can do, and sell the house within my company, your Maximum fee is 3%. The fee is only 3% in this case because I don't have to pay a buyer's agent. I retain all of the 3%. If another Realtor sells the house, I will pay that Realtor a 3% buyer's agent fee. I only keep 1% and your Maximum commission is still only 4%. No one wants to pay high Realtor fees and with Anderson Real Estate, you don't have to.
